We are committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and excellence ensuring that children of all backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Our nonprofit mission allows us to serve communities thoughtfully, partner with schools and organizations, and continually expand opportunities for young performers. 

Under the leadership of Founder and Artistic Director John J. Fanelli, Impact has educated tens of thousands of students nationwide and helped shape the next generation of artists, educators, and confident young leaders.
